Placing an Order: You may pay for your order either with or without a PayPal account. Simply add the items you desire to your cart, and upon checkout you can either sign-in to pay through your PayPal account, or you may simply pay by credit card without having a PayPal account.
Local and International Shipping Information: Paperbacktextbook ships world wide! Cutting edge flat shipping rates have been calculated and are updated as we negotiate better deals with shipping companies. The rate applicable to you is displayed when viewing your cart to the continental USA and Canada. Customers in other geographic regions should write sales@paperbacktextbook.com to have a custom shipping quote created.
Shipping: All products will be shipped in roughly 10 business days via the Canadian Postal Service or FedEx. You will receive an email detailing the tracking number on your package within the day that your parcel has shipped. The reason for the shipping delay is due to our low cost foundation and drop shipping from the source, to you, our customers. If you are not home to accept your package when it arrives, your local post office will hold it for you or a note will be left for you informing you that your package is ready to picked up. If a rush shipment is required, please write sales@paperbacktextbook.com to have a custom shipping quote created.
Backorder Information: Roughly 99% of all back ordered items will ship in less than 2 weeks. We feel that communication is key here at paperback textbook, if your order will be delayed in any way a representative will contact you to provide an update on the situation. On the off chance that you have ordered an item that is no longer available, a 100% refund will be provided.
Return Policy: All products are eligible for return if you are unhappy with the item for any reason. Please contact our customer service department cs@paperbacktextbook.com to get your RA number and shipping information. Unfortunately a 40% restocking fee must apply for warehousing purposes.
Different ISBN Numbers and Dates: The majority of the books offered for sale are international or students international versions of the text books. Since these are different versions of the book that you might find in North America, the ISBN numbers and publication dates will often be slightly different.

For the most part, the covers shown on this website are the North American covers so that the books look the same as the ones shown to you by your professors and TA's.
Book Content: Generally, the content of an International or Students International edition textbook is exactly the same as a North American book. There is nothing to worry about content wise when buying an International or Students International edition textbook, just be sure that the author and edition coincide with your course requirements.
Typo's: Paperback textbook is run by busy students just like you and mistakes can happen. We have reviewed every page of this website in an effort to eliminate any and all typos however if you find a mistake please let us know so that we can fix it as soon as possible.
Price Comparisons: All price comparisons were researched in August of 2008. The books on this site that do not offer a price comparison figure might not be available in North America.
